    If you wish to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation date and time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total reservation cost will be applicable.

    If you fail to arrive at the beach bar on the reserved date and time without canceling the reservation, you will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, the full reservation cost will be non-refundable.

    In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other uncontrollable factors that prevent you from canceling within the specified timeframe, we may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy.
